We keep the process straightforward, collaborative, and transparent. From your first conversation to final handoff, you'll know what's happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.
We start with a conversation about your business, your goals, your audience, and what you need your website to accomplish. We'll also talk through your preferred platform, features, budget, and ideal timeline so we can recommend the right approach.
Once we understand the project, we'll send a clear proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, price, and estimated timeline. Agreements are completed electronically through DocuSign, and secure project payments are processed through Stripe.
We'll gather the materials needed for your website, including your logo, brand colors, written content, service information, contact details, and any photos you'd like included. If you don't have professional imagery, we can source suitable stock photography from trusted, properly licensed sources such as Unsplash.
With the foundation in place, we create the visual direction for your website around your brand, audience, and goals. You'll have an opportunity to review the design and provide feedback before we move deeper into development.
Once the direction is approved, we build out the complete website. Pages, navigation, forms, responsive layouts, integrations, animations, and other included features are developed and configured according to your project scope.
Small adjustments are part of the process. If you decide you'd like to add new pages, functionality, integrations, or other work outside the original project scope, we'll talk it through first and provide any additional cost before the work is added. No surprise invoices.
You'll review the completed website and submit your final feedback. We complete the revision rounds included with your package, then test the site across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and check forms, links, navigation, and core functionality before launch.
Once everything is approved, any remaining project balance is paid through Stripe before launch or final handoff. We then connect your domain, complete the final setup, and publish your new website.
After launch, you decide how you'd like to manage your website. If you're hosting independently, we'll provide the completed website and the information needed to take over management. If you choose AB Pixel Studio hosting and maintenance, we'll keep the site hosted, monitored, updated, backed up, and cared for according to your plan.
Projects may be paid in full at the start, or split into two payments: 50% to reserve your project and begin work, and the remaining 50% before launch or final handoff.
Contracts are signed electronically through DocuSign, and invoices and project payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We'll use your existing photos, branding, and content whenever possible. If additional imagery is needed, we can source appropriate stock photos from trusted licensed libraries such as Unsplash.
Every package includes a set number of revision rounds. We'll clearly outline what's included before your project begins, so everyone knows what to expect.
You're never locked into hosting with us. You can host and manage your website independently, or choose AB Pixel Studio for hosting and ongoing maintenance after launch.
After the project is complete and the final balance is paid, you'll receive access to the website and applicable project accounts needed to manage it going forward.
Send requested logos, business information, written content, photography, and account access by the agreed dates whenever possible.
Review project milestones and send consolidated feedback within the agreed review period. Project timelines are estimates and may shift if required content, approvals, feedback, or third-party access are delayed.
If several people are involved in your business, we recommend choosing one primary contact to collect feedback and communicate final decisions.
Tell us about your business, what you're hoping to build, and where you'd like to go. We'll help you map out the right approach from there.
